You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and customer needs to effectively present solutions and close deals. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  </p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>**Key Responsibilities:**  </strong></p><p>- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve personal and company sales targets.  </p><p>- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.  </p><p>- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.  </p><p>- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.  </p><p>- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of industry developments.  </p><p>- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using DDI Systems/Inform.  </p><p>- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Schneider Paper and generate leads.  </p><p>- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up on outstanding quotes.  </p><p>- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.  </p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>**Qualifications:**  </strong></p><p>- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in foodservice.
